Craft breweries have grown in the U.S. exponentially and we’re proud to be standing tall in the crowd of talented breweries. Your beer drinking taste demands bigger flavors and more variety.
As the name describes, Celtic Gold is a full, strong bodied, malted barley grown on the Schwäbish Alps and brewed into a beautiful golden beer. The long cold storage allows beer to develop a strong, but pleasant maltiness flavor that is enriched by the finest Tettnanger aroma hops. The cold filtration ensures that all taste and flavors are retained. The Celtic Gold is full of flavor much like the Celts would have loved it.
A refreshing, tangy, bright beer. Quench your thirst with a great taste! Available during the summer.
For a long time, it has been a tradition to brew a Märzen beer in the springtime. The Märzen beer was made at a time when refrigeration was not available. During that time, it was customary for lager beers to be brewed from September to March, since only during the cold winter was there the opportunity to cool the beer for fermentation. In March, the last brews were made to be stronger and have a higher alcohol content, so the beer could be preserved over the hot summers. After refrigeration machines were commercially developed by Carl von Linde for German breweries, it was no longer a problem to cool beer over the summer and lager beers could be made throughout the year. The resulting type of beer is a malty, aromatic, stronger beer with a gentle hop note. This why we have brewed a Märzen for Easter since 2009. A beer golden as the fresh spring sun and strong malt taste. Osterhäsle, the Schwäbish German dialect for Easter Bunny is ready for you to enjoy!
Welcome our new beer from Gruibingen! The name says it all. A light and refreshing brew between a Lager and Helles. The fine mixture of Schwäbish malted barley and the gentle touch of the Tettnanger noble hops make this beer a thirst quencher in the summer. The extra cold filtration at 0 ° C also provides additional freshness. The beer label has a blue cold check. When the cold checkpoint is blue, then the beer is the correct temperature. Open up and enjoy freezing cold. Prost!
